First of all, it is important that we bring information about the personal data of minors. We must be very careful with this personal data, therefore, only individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age are authorized to use the Ambiental website, agreeing and consenting to this condition. If you are a minor, we ask that you make any use of the Ambiental website under the supervision of your legal representatives and always enter personal data of adults.
Where is Ambiental present?
Our industrial headquarters are located in Lins/SP and we have 22 solid waste collection and management branches throughout Brazil:
São Paulo: Amparo, Andradina, Barretos, Cesário Lange, Guapiaçu, Jaguariúna, Lins I and II, Rio Grande da Serra, São Bernardo do Campo and São Paulo.
Minas Gerais: Ituiutaba.
Goiânia: Goiânia, Mozarlândia and Senador Canedo.
Mato Grosso do Sul: Campo Grande I and II, Dourados, Naviraí and Nova Andradina.
Paraná: Campo Mourão and Jaguapitã
How do we use your personal data?
In the context of the Ambiental website, it will be necessary to collect some personal data for a better browsing experience on the website. Whenever there is a complaint, a specific procedure, Ambiental must comply with and maintain the legal criteria of secrecy and confidentiality, either before third parties or before the very data owner, except for the specific judicial or administrative body or competence of the eventual case. 
With whom do we share your information?
We do not sell or exchange your personal data with third parties, but we do share it with others as an essential part of our ability to provide our services to you. These may be other group companies, service providers or business partners. We are all committed to keeping your information safe.

Ambiental may also share your personal data in order to comply with current legislation, for tax and/or consumption purposes and to cooperate with the competent authorities.
Where and for how long do we keep your personal data?
All personal data is stored on servers located in Brazil and in some cases in the United States. In the future, Ambiental may relocate and store these servers in any other country that meets privacy legislation, in order to have a backup, always keeping them under our supervision and in a secure way.

We will keep your information for as long as you have a relationship with Ambiental and for as long as necessary for us to comply with our legal requirements. The period during which data is stored varies depending on the purpose for which it was collected, if there is no specific legal requirement.
How do we keep your personal data safe?
We protect your personal data from all types of threats: destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Ambiental protects your personal data in accordance with the security and confidentiality standards and procedures established by Brazilian legislation.

Ambiental uses the information collected mainly to improve your experience when browsing the website.

The person responsible for the database in Brazil is Ambiental, duly registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 02.916.265/0219-14, located at Rod. BR 153, KM 179 - Zona Rural - Lins/SP.

Ambiental may make any changes to this Privacy Policy in the future. Any change in the way in which Ambiental uses personal data will be established in future versions of this “Privacy Policy”, being published and disclosed on JBS website. We recommend periodically reviewing this section.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The terms of this Privacy Policy are interpreted in accordance with Brazilian legislation, with the jurisdiction of the court of the capital of the user's State of domicile being elected to resolve any dispute, question or supervening doubt, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
